Neil is gone unfortunately... no one gets replies from him...

I tried to call Neil yesterday too... no answer...

Other non Gambling Forums are also reporting the same with no luck in contacting Neil.

A colleague has found Neil's full name as being Neil McPartlin. I've done some searches and not been able to find any recent news about him :-(.

gone... guess it's time to stop the automatic monthly payments.

statsremote won't even open for me now, anyone else having the same problem?

Yes.. i can't even open the app now. Strange but must prove StatsRemote is gone for good. :(

Got a SSL security warning at the website, email now returned as mailbox full, last few emails to support[at]statsremote are un-answered going back to mid December. Program won't open, reckon it went belly up on us. It ran ok yesterday, just this morning won't open.

Also noticed we've not had any updates for many weeks. Used to be a normal Wednesday thing. I reckon I will have a look at Nifty Stats, would like to hear of others currently using it before committing to it. Dreading the manual stats checks.

I just signed up to nifty stats. Getting loads of programs not working. I've sent error reports for them so will wait and see how quick they respond and fix the issues.

Nifty doesn't work with any of the emulators around on Mac. Tried with Wine too. Nothing.
Useless for Mac users.

On the 1 month free trial atm but will almost certainly subscribe to it

Having same problem. Statsremote won't even open. Very frustrating. No information on their website. Anyone find a solution?

something else I saw............Another work around .. Set your computer time to yesterday's date, January 5th 2017.
Now you will be able to open StatsRemote.
There will be a message saying your computer time is wrong, just click ok.
Now the program will open up like normal.
Once started, you can change the date back and click on a different tab, like "Last month", let it sit on that tab for a while and then StatsRemote will check computer time and switch the "Today" tab to today's date.


Excellent, that confirms it's just the SSL certificate having expired as the issue and the core service is still functioning.

Tried the second workaround mentioned. It did get me in but I don't think stats are updating on mine.

Re. NiftyStats, is there a limit to the number of affiliate programs or is it unlimited like SR?

StatsRemote is gone completely, wont open at all, it's a shame that I paid for 1 year and got ripped off !!

lodge a complaint with paypal, you will probably get refunded.
