Ok guys, a small dawn of hope to get some info!

Oren you mentioned the address and i´ve checked with Google Streetview!
Among other there is a Agenki GmbH tagged!
At their legal pages agenki.de/impressum.php i found the name "Johannes Becker"!
Same address like Network247 GmbH and same CEO

I called Agenki GmbH and asked for Mr. Becker ...
He was not available but a friendly lady promised me to forward an email if i send!
I did for sure!

So lets hope she will forward the email like promised and he will answer to me!

An affiliate that i mentioned this to the other day told me that Johannes Becker was involved with Neil years ago, but had moved on to other things quite a while ago. Hopefully he'll have some news about Neil, but I tried his email address 'info@network247.de' a few weeks ago and have heard nothing.

looks like more programs are dropping off. Bet365 affiliates no longer seems to track revenue in statsremote (or maybe I'm alone in this). Also a few netrefer programs such as thrills

has anyone jumped over to nifty stats? Thinking of going over but lack of other people switching has stopped me. Doing it old school now with lastpass opening up all sites and logging in automatically.

used it before with no probs. Going to signup again next month when statsremote subscription ends

My SR is still working as well as it's ever done, so I haven't made a change. Going back to manually checking all stats seems like a massive pain in the bum, but I'm sure I'd get used to it after a while. I haven't yet seen a perfect alternative solution (not that SR is/was perfect, but good enough to be value for money) and as my product is still working, I'll allow my (monthly) renewal to process. I've had no need to contact Neil for a while but whenever I have, he was always back to me promptly and politely. I very much hope he is okay, as the lack of response to customers is extremely abnormal.

The last Netrefer update caused SR to stop pulling the earnings from all supported programs !

if you are not familiar with emulators or win, you can rent a cheap VPS for few bucks and there you can install Nifty Stats

I normally received really quick replies as well from Neil.. but for the past 45 days, haven't heard anything. Having the same issues with stats showing but not pulling commissions. Seems to just be an issue with netrefer programs. I am trying out the nifty stats but when I entered my top 4 programs .. the commissions were way off and two out of the four didn't pull any stats. I know the login info was correct. Might have to ditch them and go back to manually checking stats.
