Tipico is not paying 3 months and not answering

As stated in the T&C part above there is a minimum FTD amount which our affiliates have to reach each 6 months based on the previous year commission to stay in contract with Tipico.

Unfortunately you were not able to reach this target by end of H2 2018. This is why our contract ends automatically on the 01^st of January 2019.

This is for delivering them only 100 FTDs per 6 months (after their Netrefer transition ****** up the tracking, which went down to 25% of what it used to be). I used to have nearly 100 FTDs per month before.

So they steal on tracking and they steal on applying of retroactive terms.

Sorry to see this. It is a retroactive term designed to steal affiliate commissions, terrible.

Just stealing, the whole thing with quota, cookie length...

What makes it even more annoying, is the tone of their messages, including about "even 3 days after" when it's about the cookie length.

If I understand well, they also pay just 2 years per customer. If they weren't able to steal your base before that period.

It was me that didn't read it well. The 2 years is a period that they pay an eventual higher commission.

To the extent that Tipico Services agrees to pay the Affiliate a different percentage rate for the performance-based commission, such percentage rate shall only: (i) apply to new Acquired Customers assigned to the Affiliate Account; and (ii) be applicable for a period of two (2) years from the date on which a web-user becomes a new Acquired Customer (the “Commission Variation Period”). Following the expiry of the Commission Variation Period relating to any new Acquired Customer, the applicable percentage rate of the performance-based commission relating to such Acquired Customer shall thereafter be 25% of the total net revenues generated by the Acquired Customer on the Tipico Malta and/or Tipico Casino Sites. The applicable percentage rate relating to the performance based commission for Acquired Customers shall be reflected and set out within the Affiliate Account. Further information about the performance-based commission, including how such commission shall be calculated, is available at https://www.tipico-affiliates.com/commissions/. Tipico Services reserves the right to enter into individual arrangements with Affiliates by way of the contract alteration procedure set out in Section XVI. (Amendments to the General Conditions of Participation).

They already locked the account. Even before payment for December.

Man that sucks! Stupid decision to kick old affiliates not sending more than 50+ new FDP in a year.

Anything happens recently just shows how exceptional is bet365.
