Worldwager don't pay and don't speak

I have a problem trying to withdraw from worldwager. i transfered my money in my player account and now they will not let me withdraw it. The problem is that they require me 2 ID's and i have only one ( i lost one and i will have it no sooner than i month). I already made withdraw as affiliate and they have my personal details. Anyway my big surprise came when trying to get help on this on the customer support. when trying to get a solution Moly ( a customare support representative) told me "as you wish" and closed me the window. And not to mention she told me i am under and
I consider that is not the way how affiliates should be treated.
I am waiting for some help with what to do to get my money. Is 130$ but are my money.

Molly: you can request a western union payout ONLY if you have deposited via western union.

Molly: You must fax 2 forms of ID. One must be a picture ID. You must also send the front and back of ALL credit cards used to fund your account.
adrian: i never fund it

Molly: what do you mean you dont have 2 ids?! You can send your drivers license and a pic Id
adrian: and you are making me problems when i try to request MY MONEY
adrian: who says i have a driver licnese
adrian: i never had problems with my affiliate money. why should i advertise someone who is making me problems with withdrawing my affiliate money?
Molly: I am sorry for the way you feel about our company policies, but we apply it to all of ouc customers. If you wish you can request it via affiliate account. If you wish to request it via players account then send the ID's. Are you under age?!
adrian: no i am not under age
adrian: i already made a request and you have all my personal details

adrian: you have not offered me a way to withdraw my money. i told you i don't have 2 id's
adrian: and this " Are you under age?!" is very offending for any affiliate
adrian: i am a respectable webmaster and i make my living from this and this is teh way i am treated
adrian: let me know if you are still here or this is how you solve the problems on customer support: leaving. Is it company policy not letting people withdraw?

I'll make sure not ever to deal with them. I hate a lot of red tape.

I contacted again Moly and seems their company policies could change as she wish.
This time he agree is no problem if i send only one scaned id.
Anyway she was more kind this time and tryed to help.

I have received Western Unions from World Wager :-? I have never been asked for ID either :-? I wonder if its because you are from Eastern ?Europe? Either way it hardly seems fair to treat one person one way and another differently :(

I don't know what was her problem.
She didn't knew who i am. I didn't told where i am from. I could have been one of their top earners.
About Western Union she told me that no one can withdraw it more then deposit with WU.
And they do not have affiliate manager ??????

Guess what. MOLLY had no idea what she was talking about.

I ignored the conversation with her and loged in my account and ask for a Western Union withdraw. My request was pending till now when loged in i got this popup:

And this was due to fact that i asked my withdraw in other city then where i live. I contacted customer support and confirmed that the infos were correct.
No need to fax ID and Western Union is fine. Molly had no idea was she is talking about

I am just about to promote WW as an affiliate, and now I hear this stuff about payment problems?

Is this just a once in a while problem...

Are there any WW affiliates out there who can share their experiences, and defend WW as being OK...
I was on another WW thread, and people were saying nice things about them, and their affiliate program... and how they are reliable at paying with westernunion. :cry:
