    Hello Leopold and friends!

I just wanted to share another brilliant story with you guys.

7 cool new gadgets at CES 2018 (NerdWallet)

Heavy rain outside the Las Vegas Convention Center this week didn’t dampen the enthusiasm of inventors, promoters and entrepreneurs who were inside showing off their current or soon-to-be-released products at CES 2018.

While drones hovered overhead and 3-D printers whirred, the gathered throng used buzzwords like “connectivity” and “augmented reality” to hawk their products at the enormous Consumer Electronics Show that features over 3,900 companies from more than 150 countries.

You can read up more about this on the link below. Technology is absolutely amazing and magical. Wow!

I hope you enjoy and thank you for reading!

    +++ BREAKING NEWS +++

    The people have spoken!

"Should we BAN "vtyunby65" from GPWA?" poll closed.
    Huge win for Eissa!
He won with a fantastic 20% lead!

Anthony, elections administrator, already confirmed earlier, Eissa won fair and square. No double voting, no new account frauds, no backdoors in the voting system and no collusion with Russia.

    Invasion!

    War Criminal Erdogan invaded Syria

Without any legitimation, without an UN mandate Erdogan's ground troops invaded Syria to eliminate the Kurdish enclave. After the first attacks dozens of Kurds were already killed in Afrin.

Erdogan's illegal war of aggression hurts the wrong ones. The Kurds are a key ally and strategic partner in the fight against
    ISIS.

Turkish invaders also using imported "Leopard 2" battle tanks to kill the people, the most powerful military equipment Germany has.

No comment from German government so far about this scandal.

Yeah, it was. It made absolutely no difference in my eyes. The only difference that it made was that it showed all of the people who were opposed to me. But we won in the end anyway and that's what matters the most to me. Thanks again for your support!

    These are some terrible news.

I knew some Kurdish guys. In 2013 I visited Kurdish capital in Turkey - Diyarbakir. Kurds are very nice and hospitable. I was lucky to witness their celebration of Nowruz. It was an amazing experience.

"I have request the thread closure"

Yes, but not before the poll results changed at some point from 5:10 to 19:18 to the favor of Eissa. The truth is, that other people like Shay have requested the thread closure earlier or at the very first day. It is also a fact, that if this thread were created in the week and not on the weekend, GPWA would have terminated it immediately, as it happened with a thread before and with another thread, that was opened during the last week.

"U know what happens, when u dont stop the spam train"

If you try to continue your hate war on Eissa here in my diary with personal threats against him, then you will not be successful. The only spammer right now here, that's you.

Eissa, just ignore him. As Oren said: "This poll was useless in the first place anyways". And use the worldly wisdom, a wonderful person gave me some time ago with respect to personal attacks: "Just screw it up in a ball, make a flower, open your fist and release it into the universe. Good things happen to good people. Karma is not a bitch, she is a mirror. People always get what they deserve."

After bombing Kurdish Cities in the 1990s, killing Kurdish children, torturing their fathers, PKK's bitter revenge 1993 was a series of bomb attacks here in Germany. Target were Turkish travel agencies, cafes and representations. The result was a ban on the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) in Germany. They were declared as a terror organisation.

Since the PKK ban, all Kurds in Germany are suspected being terrorists. Thousands of investigations and convictions for violations of the assembly and association law have been initiated and numerous fines and imprisonment have been imposed.

It came to numerous demonstration bans up to prohibitions of the traditional Newroz festivals in the spring of 1994.

2013, the 16-year-old unarmed Halim Dener was shot dead when gluing PKK posters in the City of Hannover by plainclothes police. To this day, PKK sympathizers are being convicted of money and, in some cases, imprisonment because of the PKK ban.

    "Kurds are very nice"

    This is also my experience.

But the real threat in this century, Erdogan's bussed thugs and the Turkish "Grey Wolves" who attack the Kurdish youth with serious violence here in Germany, and who are the best friends of Erdogan, they have a free-ticket. And on their "peace marches" they show their true face:

Well, PKK to me resembles a radical muslim socialistic movement(update: no more socialistic) which is a pretty interesting cocktail of ideologies. However, I am no friend to any kind of terrorism.

Another interesting fact is that Kurds are the nation without a county, inhabiting parts of southeastern Turkey (Northern Kurdistan), northwestern Iran (Eastern Kurdistan), northern Iraq (Southern Kurdistan), and northern Syria (Western Kurdistan). It's not the only example of such phenomenon in history. For instance, there are Crimean Tatars, but having a nations shuttered in 4 pieces is by least unusual and in the same time, Kurds are not separatists. They want to coordinate the autonomous regions placed within borders of 4 different countries but they don't want to leave borders of those countries to form a land of their own.

During my visit in Diyarbakir, I was surprised with several things. First of all, they have a strong municipality and even though there are around 10000 Kurdish political prisoners imprisoned by Turkish government. They care a lot about elders and disabled people. They even have a big centre that is focused on reintegration of the disabled people back to the society. Another thing is that they are serving tea everywhere, even in churches and mosques.

Deep State is plotting to assassinate President Trump?

New verified evidence: One day after Trump won the election, part of FBI initiated a "Secret Society" with the plan to overturn the election with a coup d'etat.

    More worst than Watergate!

New FBI Director Chris Wray now claims, 50,000+ pieces of evidence against the conspirators are missing. That means, evidence for a period of over 5 months has been probably destroyed.

Coup d'etat co-conspirators among others: Former FBI Director James Comey, former CIA Director James Clapper, former President Barack Obama, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Hillary Clinton and Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

Report: True reason why President Trump canceled London visit, he was informed, that the Deep State, which controls the "Secret Society", plans to assassinate him in London before he can confirm with his signature the release of the conspiracy-memo by the House Intel Committee, which will happen soon if the Deep State moles in Congress cannot sabotage it.

According to the report the Deep State plans to blame Islamic terrorist for the assassination of President Trump in London, the repetition of "The Big Event" from 1963, only with another patsy.

Government monitors each step of you, where you was when!

Also your government maybe sent out an "Silent SMS" to your mobile device. You will not see or hear any notification after receiving it, but your mobile device will answer silent to the sender, so with that the correlation between some transmitter masts are a fine option for your government to detect your position to within a few meters all the time.

A movement profile, and you can be very unlucky if you by accident walks along a huge cannabis plantation, or not by accident, whatever the reason may be.

    There is no counteraction.

Only some Android people have the chance to detect those "Silent SMS", if they have a rooted device. Then you can use the SnoopSnitch App ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...opsnitch&hl=de ).

As usual iPhone users are the perfect hosts for intruders, and there is nothing they can do.

I didn't research an issue, but due to the initial logic of cellular technology, a user can be located with the help of the IMEI code while moving from one cell to another. These days, there is no problem for a cellular network provider to tie your name and other data to your IMEI code.

"a user can be located with the help of the IMEI code while moving from one cell to another."

This is correct, but fortunately, it's not so easy for the government to get the IMEI code, which is the fingerprint of your mobile device and only the device. You can buy devices there and there, at eBay Classifieds, on peddlers markets, whatsoever and sim cards for that device elsewhere.

A huge problem is, that new IMEI's can be programmed into stolen devices and probably 10% of all IMEI's are not unique.

Your government is using IMSI-Catcher to catch also your IMEI, but for this they must come close to you. So monitoring your movement on the base of IMEI, this is not easy. Everyone can see her/his IMEI number. Type *#06# into your telephone field and if the IMEI number is not already on your screen, then press the call symbol. It's important for the police to know that number, when your device is stolen.

So for them it's easier to sent you a "Silent SMS". For that they only need your phone number, which is maybe public, at least easier to investigate, and with a "Silent SMS" they have an important advantage, the real time monitoring of your movements.

I personally think that the bubble will burst and probably the price will get back to reasonable digits. But it doesn't mean that bitcoin will die, it will just get back to being what it was originally intended to be.
After Bitcoin was quasi frozen to round about $16,000 for a while, for good reasons, there was the door wide open to make a fine but still decent profit.

Now Bitcoin is really traumatized and is limping with a $10,000 burden through the virtual landscape. That means, a 50% loss within a few weeks, since December 2017, when many newbies - due to the propaganda hype on forums, social networks and also on U.S. cable network - climbed on the train.

The real markets, DOW, SAP and NASDAQ, they are on a all time high. No doubt, this is the achievement of President Trump, but the media is not telling you that.

I don't like banks, and the Lehman Brothers implosion showed, that pure capitalism is always connected with evilness and recklessness.

Already 2016 "Oxfam Germany", an independent development and aid organisation, reported that 1% of world's population, the richest people, that they own 99% of all available assets.

    Hello?!

    And Bitcoin?

The same pattern. A study from "Credit Suisse" proves, 97% of all Bitcoins are in the hands of only 4% of all owners, the whales. And the 3% small Bitcoiners are milked with insane transaction fees.

And in the Bitcoin case, many whales knows each other from the beginning of Bitcoin which leads to secret arrangements to manipulate the price.

Nobel Prize-winning Yale economist Robert Schiller says, that Bitcoin "reminds [him] of the Tulip mania in Holland in the 1640s" and that a "totally collapse" is a "good likely outcome". He also says, that "it could linger on for a good long time, it could be here in 100 years" which fits your statement Luke, that "it doesn't mean that bitcoin will die, it will just get back to being what it was originally intended to be."

No windows, no lights and screams in the night

This is the "Long Lines Building".
    This is "Project X".

What you see in Manhatten at 33 Thomas Street is a massive skyscraper.
Designed to be capable of withstanding an atomic blast.
    29 floors.
    3 basement levels.
Inside the fortress enough food for 1,500 people to survive two weeks in the event of a catastrophe.
    No windows.
    No lights.
And people hear screams in the night at "Project X".

"They" tell you, this building houses only a telecommunications hub to process long-distance phone calls, operated by the New York Telephone Company which is a subsidiary of AT&T.

But the truth is, the "Long Lines Building" will be used by NSA under the code name "Titanpointe" as one of NSA's most important surveillance mole nest on U.S. soil to tap into peoples phone calls, their faxes and their complete internet data.

And this espionage nest is in the middle of New York and not in the middle of nowhere, e.g. in a souvenir shop of PhinDeli Town Buford (WY).

Hello Leopold, Ocreditor, Josy, Shay and friends,

    How are you?

Where are you, dear Josy? We all miss you very much here at the GPWA

I just wanted to share with you another fascinating space story, I know you'll love this one, Ocreditor

NASA's new GOLD instrument that's set to study the boundary between Earth and space is in 'good health' after briefly falling silent in 'launch anomaly'

    • NASA's new GOLD instrument is now on its way to geostationary orbit, carried by the SES-14 satellite
    • The new mission will study Earth's ionosphere, where the edge of the upper atmosphere meets space
    • After launch from French Guiana launchpad, connection was lost with the rocket's second stage
    • But, Arianespace has confirmed that connection has been established with the briefly 'lost' spacecraft

I hope that you guys will enjoy this space story just as much as I did today. I also learned something new and awesome from this.

I've also bookmarked this story as it was very interesting and informative too.

"Yesterday I finally had the 45 free min to watch this video between our baby boy and baby girl cold (yes they were sick together !) which they had for the last week.. this was exhausting we barely slept this week .."

Oh, hopefully, both are fine again. This is the most important thing. I know, how you feel. 39 years ago, our 2 1/2 years old son had whooping cough for more than 3 weeks. We also didn't get any sleep. I can tell you that. At that time the medical standard was not like today. Only a change of air could heal him.

Indeed ! they are better but still coughing... only recently my wife got a recommendation from the doctor to add humidity machine in the room because they are very sensitive to dry air in these ages, after adding it to the room the other day the night sleep was a bit better, it's still only 24 hours so I'll know more if this is really helping to reduce the coughing during the night I guess in the next 48 hours... the coughing is the most disturbing issue, they simply waking up every 15-20 min... it's a nightmare !

Fitness tracker data 'reveal locations of military bases and personnel'

A global map showing the distribution of people using personal fitness devices risks giving away troop movements and secret military facilities around the world, according to defence analysts who have already used it to pinpoint bases in Afghanistan and the Middle East.

The American satellite navigation service Strava last year launched its Global Heat Map, a visualisation of user data showing the location of its 27 million subscribers including owners of Fitbit, Jawbone and Vitofit fitness monitors.

However, the map goes dark across war zones – such as Syria and Iraq – except for tiny pinpricks of light apparently showing US military personnel or international troops wearing the devices. The revelation has set off a hunt for previously unknown black sites around the world.

A US military base in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, is lit up by the Strava heat map

It was published in November last year and it was only this week that a student of international security and the Middle East realised the ramifications for operational security.

Nathan Ruser posted on Twitter: “It looks very pretty, but not amazing for Op-Sec. US Bases are clearly identifiable and mappable.”
He uses the light trails to identify forward operating bases in Afghanistan, what he says is the trail of a Turkish patrol in Syria and a jogging route, which could be used to map the daily pattern of life of US armed forces for use by hostile forces.

Ben Taub, of the The New Yorker, identified what he said was a secret air field near Arlit in Niger.

“There's a revealing pattern, at least in the Sahel,” he wrote on Twitter. “If you find a heavily-used jogging route that's not near a city, expect to find a remote airstrip nearby.”

Others identified bases around Mosul, Iraq, or confirmed the locations of known facilities.
Nick Waters, a former British infantry officer, said he recognised what appeared to be a base in Afghanistan and described the map as a failure of Opsec and Persec – personal security.
