Toronto man wins Absolute Dream Package

TORONTO, Ontario – (PRESS RELEASE) -- As most Torontonians hang their heads in shame after seeing their beloved Leafs get bumped out of the playoffs, one Toronto man has good reason to celebrate.

Absolute Poker today revealed the winner of the second Absolute Dream Package promotion. Daniel Boone, a 31-year-old construction worker and father of three from Toronto, Canada, finished first in the Sunday, April 9th online poker tournament to claim the grand prize worth $150,000.

The prize package grants Boone access to over $100 million in land-based tournament prize pools. Boone will join the first Absolute Dream Package winner, Scott Carroll, on the poker circuit where they'll each play in 10 of the richest poker tournaments and the world's biggest televised cash game.
