Zone4Play names new CEO, CFO

WILMINGTON, Delaware -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Zone4Play, Inc. ('Zone4Play' or the 'Company') (OTCBB: ZFPI.OB), a leading developer of gaming technologies and content, announced today the appointment of Ronen Stein as its new CEO and CFO, effective November 16, 2007. The Company further announced that Uri Levy has resigned from his position as Acting CEO and CFO.

Since July 2002 Mr. Stein was the Chief Financial Officer of Pointer Telocation Ltd., a leading provider of services to insurance companies and car owners. Prior to this, Mr. Stein was the Chief Financial Officer of Rada Electronic Industries.

Mr. Stein brings to Zone4Play extensive experience in planning and implementing restructurings and turnarounds, and experience as CFO in public companies. Mr. Stein holds a B.Sc. in economics and accounting and an M.B.A from Tel Aviv University.
