FRANCE -- As reported by Gaming Intelligence: "France's Mangas Gaming says it now counts itself amongst the top five online sports betting operators in Europe, having concluded its acquisition of Malta based Expekt.com and Austria's Bet-at-Home.com.
"Founded in 1999, Expekt.com serves 1.5 million registered customers with a full range of gaming products including sportsbetting, poker and casino, primarily in the Scandinavian and Northern European markets.
"Bet-at-home.com also offers online sportsbook, poker and casino games, with a strong market position in Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe.
"Mangas is offering all shareholders of bet-at-home.com to purchase their shares for a consideration of €11.2 per share. The offer price represents a premium of 29% over the one month average share price of bet-at-home.com and 52% over the six-month average share price. The offer period will run from March 11th, 2009 until April 7th, 2009.
