DublinBet ready for massive rebrand

GLASGOW, Scotland -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- DublinBet.com, the hugely successful website that allows customers the ability to bet in a real live casino, is about to undergo a massive re-branding exercise this summer.

Driving the initiative forward is Grant Fraser (30), one of the youngest CEO's in the country. He is Deputy Chief Executive Officer of VueTec Ltd, the company that owns and operates DublinBet.com.

Fraser was formerly Marketing Manager (Scotland) for Setanta Sports and Senior Digital Planner at Dog Digital.

The Scot has put together what he describes as a re-branding "Dream Team" to help drive this crucial project forward, which will be used as a base for the forthcoming DublinBet.com website re-design.

The project involves selected agencies Material Marketing, Dog Digital and PMPR Excellence coming together with the DublinBet team for extended idea generation and strategy sessions, facilitated by Charlie Robertson of branding consultancy Red Spider. Material Marketing are then charged with collating and distilling these sessions, before visualising the essence within them as ideas for a new, fresh brand identity.

Fraser commented: "There are 14 of us involved in the re-brand - a large group, but if you look at the credentials of the team, it is one laden with talent, and I am hoping and expecting great things," comments Grant.

"Now is an excellent opportunity to re-brand. DublinBet has been very successful since it launched in 2005, we are about to start serious marketing to promote our excellent software, and to do this we need a strong brand. It's important we get this absolutely right and deliver something that will help DublinBet compete against the big players within this industry without requiring their hefty marketing budgets.

"To date DublinBet has been generating a steady flow of new customers through affiliate marketing but mainly as a directly result of word of mouth, as the software that fuels our live Roulette, Blackjack and Punto Banco games creates a unique online gambling experience that is second to none.

"It's all hands on deck right now - we have a tight timescale and need this turned around in June in order to make progress with the website re-design which we're hoping to have live in August. It's a big challenge, but one we're all relishing."

Working alongside Fraser is DublinBet Affiliate Program Director Gian Perroni. He has been involved in the online gaming industry since 1997 and is a well-known and respected speaker at gaming conferences.

The third member of the DublinBet Dream Team is Senior Marketing Executive Iain Wilcox (24). " Iain is project managing both the re-brand and website re-design and from his background is a real asset to these projects", says Grant. Formerly an Account Executive at Edinburgh digital agency Realise, he has been described as "one of the country's brightest young stars". Grant, Gian and Iain are being assisted internally by designer Dan Gillespie, who helped create the current brand identity.
