APCW Perspectives: Abbreviated finger pointing

It's been a week of finger pointing in the U.K., with many governmental agencies blaming the Gambling Commission and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport for not doing enough to protect players from gambling harm. Additionally, there is once again talk of licensing U.K. affiliates, and at least one trade association supports the idea.
