1xBit Partners – Unpaid commissions since November (long-term affiliate)

Hello everyone,
I’m writing here hoping someone from 1xBit Partners or the GPWA community can help clarify my situation.
I’ve been working with 1xBit as an affiliate since 2018.
Until recently, payments have always been correct and regular, and our cooperation has been smooth for many years.
However, since November 9th, I have not received any affiliate commissions, despite continued activity and valid traffic.

I have:

• Published an incalculable number of articles over the years
• Continued promoting the brand in good faith
• Recently launched new blogs targeting new markets, which naturally take time to grow, but are clearly part of a long-term partnership strategy

According to my affiliate dashboard, commissions are generated regularly, but payouts keep being transferred to the next period, with no clear explanation. I have contacted my affiliate manager and support multiple times, but unfortunately communication has stalled.
What I don’t understand is why these commissions are blocked, especially given:

• Our long-standing relationship (since 2018 )
• A clean payment history until now
• Ongoing promotional efforts and new market development

To be very clear:
Receiving these payments is not just about the money itself, it’s also about trust. These funds would allow me to reinvest, work more efficiently, and continue building this partnership with confidence.


If anyone here has experienced something similar with 1xBit Partners, or if a representative from their team could clarify the situation, I would greatly appreciate it.
