Can anyone recommend a good, reliable company to offer some sportsbook CPA deals?

Ideally looking for a network that can offer a variety of operators

but with the few really good reliable companies it exactly makes no sense to go for CPA
CPA is an insurance against the bad and unreliable

We have rev share agreements with all operators currently but looking at testing some new ideas and want and easy way to split things up

yes, but it still makes no sense if the operator is reliable

with rev share you will break even any CPA in 6-24 months and you will make overall 5-20x more

i am lazy to do the math what is implicit interest paid as penalty for CPA, but it will be something huge in high double digits of % p.a. (i hope you understand me, you should actually, if you want to make experiments with money)

with reliable operators - which was your condition - one can make deals for revenue share even for time-limited campaigns

Totally appreciate that and we work with rev share on all our sites (bat the US) but as I say this is just to test the waters with a few ideas we have
