I had a quick look after spotting an interesting NDB offer. Took me a while to find a working proxy that would let me view the site, kept getting "The owner of this website has banned the country or region your IP address is in" -

I eventually got in by using an Australian proxy but couldn't then locate a listed of excluded countries in the t&c. Is this published somewhere I've not spotted?

    Thanks.

Not in Germany, the smallest market in this industry:

    +++ ADDENDUM +++

Income Access is a disaster, and the pure no negative carryover in the overall details is not correct!

    From the terms:

    ---

    9. Special Cases

    [...]

9.1 During any calendar month, if one specific player accumulates wins of at least €10,000, this player will be considered a large winner and will be covered by the Big Winners Policy

    10. Big Winner Policy

The player will be isolated from the Affiliate pool of players and the negative revenue from this specific player will not affect the overall commissions from the other players during that given calendar month. The negative revenue created by this Big Winner will separately be carried forward and counted against the future revenue generated by this Big Winner for a limited period of up to 12 months.
The player will remain separated, and the negative balance will be adjusted by potential future positive revenue generated by the same player until the full amount of the negative balance has been satisfied and/or fulfilled during the limited period of 12 months. In such a case the player will then be returned to the Affiliate pool of players to continue to generate future commission for the Affiliate.
No negative carryover generated by the separated player will be taken into account after the 12 month period in the calculation of the Commission due to the Affiliate.
The Affiliate will be notified of any Big Winner player at latest five (5) working days in the following month. The information about the negative balance generated by the separated player(s) will be traceable by the Affiliate in the Affiliate platform or via monthly reports from the Company.
Each Big Winner occurrence will be treated individually.

    ---

And with all respect, but this must be a joke, otherwise ... ?

    ...

    7. Payment

    [...]

7.3 The Commission is calculated at the end of each month and payments shall be made by the 15th of the following calendar month, provided that the amount due exceeds €500 or a higher amount chosen by the Affiliate. If the balance due is less than the Minimum Threshold, it shall be accumulated and carried over to the following month and shall be payable when the total Commissions collectively exceeds the Minimum Threshold
    .

Welcome to the forum. The program t&c's sound good except for the €500 minimum commission payment.

    We Germans love professionalism.
    O.k., most of us.

"You can find the list of blocked countries here: https://www.21.com/en/page/faq"

This advice is a paradox, because to view the list one has to come from a country which is not on that list.

    Otherwise the block screen appears.

So no one from a blocked country can see which other countries are blocked through this link. It remains a thrilling mystery. If I will look as a [blocked] German if e.g. Austria or Swiss are also on the blocked list, then your page does not allow me to do so.

To dissolve this paradox, simply publish the list of blocked countries here on the forum.

And perhaps some words about the fantastic and small webmaster friendly 500 Euro minimum payout would be very nice.

    Hi again!

Here is the list of blocked countries:
Afghanistan, Algeria, American Samoa, Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Bouvet Island, Brazil, British Indian Ocean Territory, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, China, Congo (Democratic Republic of), Cote d’Ivoire, Cuba, Curacao, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Eritrea, Estonia, Ethiopia, Falkland Islands, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Gambia, Germany , Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe Guam, Guernsey, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Jersey, Kazakhstan,, Korea (North), Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya , Madagascar, Mali, Marshall Islands, Martinique, Montserrat, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Netherlands Antilles, Niger, Nigeria, Northern Mariana Islands, Pakistan, Palestine, Panama, Philippines,, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Somalia, South Africa, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Spain, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania ,Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom, United States Minor Outlying Islands, United States of America, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Virgin Islands (British) Virgin Islands (US), Yemen, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

In regards to the €500 minimum threshold: The amount will obviously be paid out once the accumulated amount is higher than €500. So no one will lose their commission. We are obviously flexible and can discuss this amount with the individual affiliate. And thanks for the feedback, we appreciate it!

Thanks. I can't get in again, though - none of my proxies will allow me to view your site. That's gonna make it difficult to do much work with you.

Excluded countries should really be listed in the t&c but that's another point. Any chance you could post the list here for all affiliates blocked from your site?

ETA: Sorry, it's still early, I didn't spot your list above

It's definitely going to put off a lot of affiliates from 'trying you out'. A much lower limit, max 100, will enable more affiliates to give you a test because it shouldn't take too long to reach the threshold if conversions are not bad. But 500? It means more exposure and effort for most affiliates to reach that level and they're more likely to choose an alternative brand who'll pay out at €50. Wires don't need to be more than €100.

    Exactly.

And to avoid surprises and to care the principles of transparency, here also a term, which could be of interest for the readers:

    ---

    8. Commission

    [...]

8.2.1 Note that there is a 25% admin fee deducted from the [Net Generated Revenues] before the Revenue Share is calculated

    ---

Good luck with your program. Unfortunately, my country is blocked, and I can not support you in any way, and 500 Euro minimum payout - officially written in the terms - is beyond my personal principles of respect to small webmaster. Perhaps the reason for that immense high minimum payout is, that you only provide bank wire transfer as a payment method [Data taken from first post in this thread]?

    Hi again,

Taking your comments into consideration we have decided to change the terms to the following:

7.3 The Commission is calculated at the end of each month and payments shall be made by the 15th of the following calendar month. Every deal is tailor-made to suit the individual affiliate, but if no Minimum Threshold has been agreed upon before, the standard Minimum Threshold for payments is €500. If the balance due is less than the Minimum Threshold, it shall be accumulated and carried over to the following month and shall be payable when the total Commissions collectively exceeds the Minimum Threshold.

As mentioned before, we want to be as flexible as possible and be appealing to all affiliates. That is why your feedback is very important to us and we value the input you can give us!

For affiliates pushing German traffic, please stay tuned as we will hopefully be opening Germany soon.

    Thanks!

    Hi Karl,

I know, this lightning fast installed add-on of that term must be balanced also on your business situation, but it is also a huge improvement now for small webmaster, who can read terms and want to test you.

I think, you, FictionNet, Sweetbet and I, we pulled out the best in the given circumstances with respect to the minimum payout.

    Thank you very much.

    Leopold
