Just received the following email. Very interesting that Kindred goes this step for German players because as i know RevShare has nothing to do with the new german gambling law. But at least they are fair and continue to play for all existing players.

Dear Affiliate,
We are contacting you today as you have sent German traffic to our affiliate program in the previous 6 months. We will be implementing an important update to our Reward Plans from 1st July 2021, in order to comply with new regulation from the German Govenrnent, known as the IST.
The IST requires that we move away from a revenue share model by changing our commission structure for the triggering of new customers. This new model will now follow a "Cost Per First Product Played" approach. CPP for short, will be triggered based on the first product a customer plays following their first deposit.
We want to reassure you that we will continue to pay historical revenue share for old customers, and that this new structure will come into effect for any NEW German customers delivered to our Affiliate program from 1st July 2021.
Unfortunately we still can't actively promote Unibet casino through affiliates, but we continue to offer our casino product to our customers.
We are proposing the following CPP structure for New Depositing Players:
150€ CPP for Sports and €50 CPP for Casino
We wanted to make you aware of these upcoming changes in advance, so that you can contact us should you have any questions. If you would like to discuss this change further, please reach out to your affiliate manager and they will be happy to help, or email us at affiliates@kindredgroup.com.
Kind Regards,
Your Kindred Affiliates Team
