7starpartners.com Brands Payment Issue (RESOLVED)
77starspartners BRANDS --» Scammers
Hi People my name s Jorge and work in business since 2010.
Few months i ve been contacted bt 7starpartners.com to promote their brands nad i made a research of them and not complaints . Even t Lisbon afiliate conference ( i ve there ) they seem legitim.
I promote at that time to start a shoot Malinacasino , on my website and by email marketing. i was been contacted by a customer that register true my website/email link that malinacasino stole him 2300 €. I ask him what happend if he use bonus , if he makes arbs etc... nothing he s answer was just deposit total 850€ and won some bets ( without using any kind of bonus ). the bookie just close his account to kyc verification . I contacted aff manager and answer s : customer must pass skype call etc... in meantime i contact again customer and he told me that answer 2 skype calls and answer all questions . It been passed 2 months and 3 weeks after last skype call and no answer . They just have unfair behavior to the customer and me Like afiliate must protect my customers when they dont do nothing wrong.
Once customer tell me final result , i will update here the issue . For now just post this to alarm u for now not promote 7starpartners brands cause it seems your customers gonna be scamed. and its really bad for bunisess.
Hoppe at end all ends well and i will update here This warning.
sincerily Jorge

If an operator requires players to pass KYC security checks, that does not in itself mean they will not pay, as it is a normal procedure for most operators.
I will reach out to the GPWA rep and attempt to help you get in contact with someone that may be able to help your player work toward a resolution.
Currently their affiliate rep is
Affiliate Program Management:
>> Helen Reginia, Affiliate Manager - Helen goes by 7StarsPartners in the forum and can be reached by email at office@7starspartners.com

The player was not able to verify information regarding his account, so they viewed he opened the account for someone else and they returned the players deposit. This was not a bonus hunter issue. I know boston1977 is not happy with this, but please do not to post the same issue in other threads or create additional threads.

I will gladly hear your current opinions. For me, the commission has dropped to 0 in 3-5 months.
