    Holy ****.

That is my dream kitchen. I'd love that, but with the sink next to the stove top on that island.

One can dream I guess. I need to find myself a sugar daddy.

Its Big Enough For sure I can think of a few Disney Movies it would be perfect for .

I prefer a more Modern Style but its Huge Damm ...and no that's not what she said.. lol.

I can also think of a few Egos that may not have enough space even in that house .. Trump ? Turnbull? Zuma ? Jason...

Nah. I'd take this contemporary mega mansion bought by 34yr old Swedish game billionaire "Notch" on the top of LA any day:

Nice house but not keen on the kitchen.

Still, if I owned it, I'd probably have someone doing the cooking.

Wow That other house is awesome! The one benefit of the house that I posted is that it has a dock that you can ride your boat different to Manhattan or anywhere.

If you put a 20% > $20,000,000 deposit on it, and pay it off over 30 years at 3.75% , it will only cost you $370,492 per month

I don't like it. The tennis balls will be falling into the swimming pool all the time.

Seriously, it's not my dream. If I had $100m this would not be my choice. This one's for an old fart who's so wicked rich he don't even know what to do with himself anymore. The pier is awesome though.

Its not the most 'bang for your buck type of house' but its the neighborhood that makes it so exclusive. That is the area where the book the great gatsby was written about. A few years about the Great Gatsby acres were split up and put on the market. That is one of the best neighborhoods in Long Island with the best schools. I remember Aaron Spellings house was on the market for 100 million but do not remember what that house was like. If any of you guys like reading novels you should check out the Gold Coast and the Gate House by Nelson Deville. That is based on Long Island.

Imagine living in a house with your kids where you don't have to see them all the time?

Ha. It will take them an hour to get from their rooms to yours in the morning to jump on the bed and wake you up. An hour extra sleep.
