No Payments from AceRevenue Since July (RESOLVED)

Hi there,

Unfortunately, this is another topic related to the payment issues with Ace Revenue.

We received our last payment in July (after another 3-month delay) and since then, we have generated roughly 6k in commissions, which are, still, not paid.

The scenario is nothing new. Our affiliate manager – Dan, keeps promising the will process the payment "tomorrow" or "next week". Well, obviously, promises do not pay bills and this is not the right business manner.

We would appreciate any response from GPWA and the Ace Revenue team in order to get this solved.

They have paid us today via Neteller.

Have you had this problem again since? We seem to ALWAYS get several months behind with them. They also claimed that their payment processor refuses to pay us and they have to give us BTC which is why it takes longer but not sure how much truth there is to that.

Why is that a thread needs to be created for them to pay. This is not on.
