Betmotion affiliates not paying (Resolved)

Hi all, I am having some trouble in getting paid the commission generated with Betmotion affiliates since January. They told me to setup a Skrill account and that they'd send the money there but it's been 3 months already. I have sent numerous emails to them and they even stopped responding. Has anybody got the same problems with them? Thanks in advance

Anybody has had any bad experiences with them? We never had any problems with other operators so not sure what can we do here... thanks in advance

I heard in Brazil they don't pay the affiliates...

Yes it's mainly for the Latam market, it's really bad, we have stopped promoting them and have put them on the blacklisted casinos section. Not sure how to get the money now, they told us to register a player account so we could withdraw the funds (I found this odd) but we can't because UK users can't open accounts with them. Then told us to open a skrill account and they'd send the money there but since then they stopped responding. It's pretty bad, there has to be a way to regulate these scammers...

Change to player account to receive funds. Problems but solve changing payment method.

Just to give an update on this they paid in the end but only when they noticed we were not recommending signing up with them for this reason. It's sad.
