As far as i know they are owned by Bwin (Ongame).

You may want to read a little about Bwin and their affiliate program here

Thank you for your answer - for me its "suprise" that bwin=casinoroom=europoker , but now all is clear.

So, i want to warn again all - dont even try to work with casinoroom or europoker - its wasting of time , money and nerves.

I may be wrong.. not 100% certain - but pokeraffiliate.com used to be the main affiliate backend for Pokerroom.com. Pokerroom.com was owned and operated by bwin and they absorbed all the players and migrated them to Bwin. I used to affiliate for both years back. PokerRoom was actually a great program. It is still online but linked to bwin.

As far as i know the closed down pokerroom.com but left the brands europoker.com and casinoroom.com open. They are still apart of bwin though from what I gather so if your not being paid - well you sort of know who has not paid you.

Anyways since last year they really hurt the affiliate community badly and set the stage for qoutas, and decreased commission rate along with retroactive terms to completely undermine affiliates.

If you have time go over to London for the IGB awards - Bwin is always a prime sponsor for them!! You can maybe discuss things with them!

    Default reply from EuroPoker.com

    Dear mickey417

My name is Omar Monge from EuroPoker.com and I'm writing to you and all the dear forum members on behalf of our support team, a bit surprised I must say after reading your forum post and it is therefore that I feel obliged to clear out any misunderstanding that has been posted here.

EuroPoker.com is is operated by Halegood Ltd, company registration 227501, a company duly incorporated under the laws of Cyprus and not Bwin. PokerAffiliate.com is where we host the backend to our affiliate program for poker, sports and casino.

Regarding your concerns, we understand that prompt payments are vital for the success of any program and whatever happened in your case, I'm sure that any inconvenience caused has not been on purpose at all.

We offer different lines of communication to our customers/affiliates including telephone, live chat, skype and email support and you can contact us any time for any problem that you may have. I can guarantee you 100% that we will solve whatever problem you may have directly, so there should be no concern regarding the quality and integrity of our program.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but I can assure you it's very likely that all this is part of a misunderstanding, as we are not just another operator. In our case we take things seriously and value the hard work of our affiliates.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

    have a nice day

Hello. I am also an affiliate waiting for my payment. I received an email from Martin Osterberg on Nov6 that my payment will be processed Monday the latest, but I still have not received it and have not heard from him again since. I am also hoping EuroPokerSupport can give me some assistance. I have been trying to contact the email support for the longest time and I get no response. Thanks.
