Has anybody opened a new account after they have self excluded?
If so did anything get voided or was it like a brand new account?

It is understandable that it makes not much sense to open an account if you are self excluded. Your account will get immediately blocked and if not immediately then when you try to withdraw.

Not only will the account likely get banned at the current casino, but may also land on lists where the details will be shared with other properties and banned at other casinos as well.
