Help With Some Peopls Site Re-Design

Hey, I am so sorry if this is in the wrong section or is against TOS but I have an idea with would benefit quite a few people on here.

This is what I propose (btw, this is not spam and is unique to this forum only) I will be willing to help redesign some of peoples sites on here. I have had a look at a few and some are either really outdated, look like a template that everyone else uses or just make your eyes bleed.

First impression is everything and if your site looks poorly done then most people will click straight off it.
