Best affiliate programs that convert non-English traffic? (Arabic,French,Chinese)

Hi, I run a couple of large, highly targeted opt in gambling related newsletters. I am in need of some good casino, poker, and sports/racebook affiliate programs that are experienced with non-English language traffic.

I have a good number of subscribers from South Asia, Chine, India, the middle east, and Europe.

Languages I am most interested in, in order of priority:

French
Arabic
Chinese
Italian
Dutch
Vietnamese
Russia
Thai
Hebrew

Haha i think Daisy is looking for traffic, not programs as she is an affiliate manager.

Programs are usually dependent on traffic type, keywords used etc.. I have found some brands at number one get 150-200 ftd's then another brand in the same position can do just 10.. (Suspiciously) .. the only way to gauge is to split test and use the best.
