Income Access and the programs using them really need to get themselves sorted regarding communication. We just received the following from a program we registered an account for; there have been a few in the past few days. What program is this for? The same happens for password resets, you get an email and no reference for what program? This is a real time waste havinf to try to figure out which program it is for.

I've generally had the worst ever experience with IA aff programs. Non-responsive aff managers, huge payment delays (eventually ended up not paying a decent sum of money), no ownership of anything.
Just realized that it's probably not the topic of this discussion... IA just seems like a trigger word for me now

The above just further illustrates lack of effort, ownership and expertise.

Always had problem with communication with IA programs
Not speaking for delays with their program and many other things, they are big enough to not care sincerely and honestly to their partners.

They have been robots , even before Chat GPT, AI and machine learning
