I haven't done a whole lot of seo on the site so it could use some care in that role.

If hosting is needed I can host it for a month or so for no charge (cpanel or access to folder permissions NOT included)

All the affiliate links can be changed by editing a single file for each property.

For the aasportbook site/name I will go ahead and set up a stats account and let Smarter Stas start chewing on the logs for the domain that is live although it has only had the pages up for a few months....

The 1-sporstbook and aasportbook (as well as Football Betting World) are simple wordpress sites and have very few plugins installed. The links are simple visit pages that run through a simple php page in a folder restricted by robots.txt so any time a program changes links or if you want to point traffic elsewhere, you only have to change the links in one spot and it is taken care of sitewide.

Buyers will be supplied with any custom artwork and templates if available.

Any single one of these sites could pay for themselves very quickly with a bit of effort into seo and generating traffic.

I just do not have the time to put into these sites that they need or deserve.

Due to late payments coming in and a few personal issues I am dealing with house and car I am bumping my domain and site sale threads.

If someone acts right away I am willing to let the football betting world site go for $500. It's a wordpress site that I honestly have not put any time into this past season but it is a domain that has aged for a few years that with someone willing to put a little effort into could likely earn a fair ROI.
