Good news I think GNS (Golden Star Networks) micrograming is allowing U.S players with the exception to the 11 banned states. Here's the email,

I have noticed that on the mailing lists that I belong too, I have recieved many new incentives and promotions from the webmasters of sites that promote this casino affiliate group.

This would be a great step in the right direction to get back part of the US market.

Let me ask something though; The act that was ammended in the US bannes fiinancial institutions from funding online gaming account correct? (That is why Neteller left the market). So, if the online gaming companies were able to find banking places that are located offshore, would they be able to fund their account from the offshore banks, similar to where they are licenced.
