Default Registrations vs deposits whats wrong ?

    Hello evryone!

I have a question to all,
Im new in this casino affiliation business, but ive been running a 300x250 size small camgain on my website . It gets 2300-3000. Clicks per day and for past three months running only 215 registrations and ONLY 3 DEPOSITS.

The registration/deposit ratio is basically NONE!
LIKE I SAYD RUNNING ONLY 3 MONTHS.
YES i recived yesterday first payment 9.xxeuros.

Maybe i should consider changing the affiliate partner ?

    Please give advice.

    Sorry about bad english

Well, what keywords are the visitors landing on the pages that contain the advertising?

If the keywords are Free or No deposit, the click-thoughs will convert much lower then deposit bonus.

If the keywords generating the traffic to the pages where visitors are clicking through to the casinos are blue widgets, the ratio may well drop even more.

It also depends on what operators you are targeting, as well as what countries the volume of visitors are in.

You mention that campaign was a 300x25 size campaign, if this is simply an ad with no other information surround it, and no calls to action with information why they should go sign up and deposit, this will also have a serious affect to the ratio.

It might also be good to check that the "clicks" are actual visitors and not just bots or engines following the links as that would skew the ratio as well.

These are just a few of the things that can affect the stats.

The OP came to AGD asking the same stuff. However, unlike here, he included the fact ALL his sites (15 of them) are targeting porn.
    https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/co...filiate.12954/

He received lots of feedback from not only myself, but other long-time affiliates. We all basically said, targeting porn traffic for casino players, is a waste of time. And, the stats he's seeing, given it's porn traffic, is about what you'd expect to see.

Seems like he thinks we're all talking garbage over at AGD. Reiterating, it's porn traffic, not casino traffic, so these stats are expected.

If you can deliver 3k banner clicks a day (quality tier1 traffic, no circle jerk) you should consider trafficfabrik.com
It's my Bestman and a very trustworthy company.

Gambling on adult can work very well within a couple of GEO. I have made a little fortune with Stargames on german adult sites.
Even operators buying tons of adult traffic because it's cheap and can convert very well if you know how.

Thanks Dave, it obviously wasn't disclosed....so I guess they will not want blue widgets either.

    Hi,
Conversion rate depends on different things:
    1) Country you are targeting
    2) Casino you are working with
    3) Keywords you are using to attract visitors
    4) Quality of visuals you are using
    5) Quality of traffic you are sending
    etc.
When all this components are good, you will get high conversion rate

    Daniels,

It certainly is not a problem that you posted here, however after you had the responses you had at AGD, I am not sure why you expected to have such different responses here, and since you already must have been told that since you were in fact promoting porn on the pages and just happen to have some casino ads on those pages, is the main reason why the conversions are so low.

As eenzoo has stated, you can in fact convert some porn traffic to certain casinos, but note he also said "and can convert very well if you know how", but just putting up a few banners on porn pages is not the way forward.

Possibly if you contact eenzoo privately, he may be able to point you in the right direction, and he has already given you one lead to start with.

To clarify, you may note that before I even knew what kind of keywords you were targeting to you visitors, I suggested that it was important that traffic targeting keywords that have little if anything to do with gambling that conversions will certainly be much lower.

I made the connection to "blue widgets" but could just as easily had said tennis shoes. If the visitors visiting your site are searching for tennis shoes, and have found you using google search for such terms, are most likely looking to research sneakers, and although they might be tempted to follow advertising for buying a car, overall most of them came to the site to buy trainers, not a car.

We do ask that you do not post any links to your site or sites that do promote porn as we do have restrictions against that at the GPWA. For the more specifics of how to promote gaming on porn sites, you are better to discuss that in private with those who have been successful doing so, but there are many affiliates at the GPWA who have tried converting that traffic at casinos over the years, and it is not something that is easily done.

Most visitors that fo to porn sites are not thinking about gambling, they have "other" things on their mind at the time.

It's hard to convert unrelated traffic in every niche, but porn traffic worst of all. You should try to convert it to related niches such as : sex toys, cialis, webcams. Or sell fixed price banner spots or for price based on impressions.
