It's not working for me either. It looks like the server is down. It's going on at least for over a week. However, a few days ago, I could log in once.

That’s weird, I’ve got no trouble logging in. Tom the affiliate manager is very responsive on skype, and his skype ID is on the contact us page.

Worked for me just now and I am pretty sure I popped in yesterday as well.
You could always try removing the cookie to see f that clears it up, or try a different browser, or private browser session.

working for me though RTG based programs regualry have problems including the reskinned ones
