    Default Online marketing budget allocation

Hopefully this will be a good way to spark a specific discussion as I have seen individual topics about the main marketing channels such as Facebook being a waste of money.

If you have a marketing budget of $10,000 just for online what different marketing methods would you use and how much would you allocate to each?

It might put things in a better context if you give an idea what sort of business you are marketing for.

Not sure if this would be better suited in the seo section or not, although it is a little more general questions to start out.

Personally, with that kind of budget, I would think hiring writers to write some solid content for you in a few specific niches might be a good way to get started. In fact, depending on the niche, you would likely not need that much of a budget.

Don't just expect to throw a blank check at anyone until you see some samples of their work etc, and also discuss the possibilitiy of a long term contract with them and what their time frames generally are especially if you expect x number of articles per week or month etc.

You didn't mention what niche, whether casino, sports, bingo or otherwise. If it were sports, you could go with one of the more robust sports feeds, scores stats or whatnot.
