Due to recent changes in legislation, Ladbrokes Partners will no longer be able to accept or pay for traffic generated from the following list of countries as of 31st December 2014:

• Russia, Finland, Portugal and Romania

If you currently send us traffic from any of these countries, please be sure to remove all related Ladbrokes marketing material from your site(s).

Please note: Ladbrokes will facilitate customer requests to withdraw funds until January 12, 2015.

For further information, please view our list of restricted territories which will be updated on December 31, 2014, or contact your Affiliate Manager to find out about our newly opened markets.

Yes - received as well.

Annoying because they previously offered specific language banners for Russia, Romania and Portugal.
Spent an hour or two reworking banner generation and jump links for ladbrokes this morning ...

Annoying indeed... they keep removing countries but the real question is are they removing it for affiliates or for players ?
Because they wrote "Ladbrokes Partners will no longer.... "
so they keep accepting players, let them play and pay but they'll not pay for them... sound like a fishy trick to me and its smells very bad !

One, I got the above mail on 31/12/2014 letting me know about the change that comes into effect on 31/12/2014. Two, the mail is coming only a day after mentioning countries which are being removed. So why didn't you include this one? Didn't you know?

Three, there is no reason to do this whatsoever. None. Zero.

I would imagine that it will be available for a month in Romanian or so to allow players to withdraw funds.

I think they end in much more countries. Canada, Czech... It is IMO smart move, they are nobody outside of Isles. Curious about their another core: Belgium and Germany. I think no chance for them there as well.

But this came too late. UK bookies except Gods365 and maybe WH have no chance elsewhere. Skybet will be next.

this is not a true for Portugal, legislation is in order, but its still a aw project, with many deficiencies and errors to be correted, still needs to pass the house, and there is an election comming, plus in here no1 gives a **** about casino, what the law wants is to regulate bets to give money for football and clubs alike... once again they are picking up a system that works and will **** it up with rules regulations and taxes....

They are the biggest in Belgium I think, but they are not making big money there. 2015 or 2016 they will also apply for a license in The Netherlands.
