    Default ASUSA Players vanishing ...

Players that have played consistently for up to 5+ years, some active nearly every single month are vanishing at an alarming rate. I have, errr had, a handful of US players who had made 275k+ in deposits the last 2 years, a few who had joined way back in 2005 / 2006 ...

When Brightshare decided to play the USA shell game and set up ASUSA my earnings dropped by about 1/2, but I still had several US based players mentioned above who remained active ... in January 2011, apparently they all decided to walk away - at the same time ... because my ASUSA stats have dropped another 90%!

Back when BS created ASUSA they required all affiliates to resubmit payment details etc ... not sure why that was required since ASUSA and BS are one in the same! I have had Brightshare QT payments arrive as being sent by ASUSA, I have seen Brightshare employees login and post on forums using ASUSA accounts, Ive received ASUSA emails sent from Brightshare offices, all along the way Brightshare pretends to know nothing about ASUSA referring all questions to a "Janet Edwards" ... Why all the shell games? I know one things for certain I have to consider them when I consider the players that are vanishing.

Sadly I know no one gives a rats ass about another affiliate so posting here will have no positive affect, heck likely it will totally drop me to zero, but it will get some of the weight off my mind ... Maybe one day Brightshare will "openly" return to USA - if/when that day comes they wont be on any of my sites!

Obviously, an affiliate partner who has sent millions through the door over the years no longer has value when they aren't sending the traffic they once did! I guess that makes those of us that fit that bill an easy target!

I've got a feeling in my heart that tells me in no uncertain terms, that I have lost all trust in you!

Actually though, many of us do care here, ( I wish you weren't right about some, but please that isn't all of us as some of us do really care )

This is an interesting scenario and having those numbers and the pattern you have seen is certainly enough reason to want to know what happened.

I agree that it is more than ironic that this would all seem to take place at the same time....

Well the months about over and all those players that had played nearly every single month the previous two years straight are still no where to be found.

    Which ones care Rick?

This is Janet Edwards, the Program Manager at All Slots USA Affiliates. Thank you for raising your concerns about the recent decline in player activity at the casino.

We’ve recently been struggling with increasing credit card rejection rates in the US, and we’ve seen that many active players are losing their ability to purchase at the casino. In response to this, we closed a deal with a reliable ACH deposit method, and have even added extra bonuses to encourage players to use this method.

All Slots USA has vigorously promoted using ACH through all possible marketing channels. The simple truth is that players must have cash available with which to play, and no longer have a means to play on credit. If they don’t have the cash, there is just no way for them to play.

Our retention marketing team is continuing to target players who have experienced rejections, and we hope to see the players return. I would like to recommend that affiliates who are in touch with All Slots USA players join our efforts in promoting ACH.

I am happy to answer any other questions you may have about ACH and our retention efforts at All Slots USA.

I find this interesting because I have a player account at AllSlots US and have yet to receive any type of email promo or otherwise since this all started almost a year ago. I only dabbled a little but apparently wasn't enough for them to try and retain my business. How many other players are like me and have never received an email?

If this was widespread as alluded to, I would have expected to see more affiliates than just myself inquiring about large percentages of typical commission missing. I would have also thought that if you wanted all affiliates to know about this, you would have probably sent an email to all of them letting them know what was going on. Personally I have never gotten any word / indication that you were having issues with deposits until I read your post, so I am totally confused here ... things just aren't adding up.

I agree that if the deposit issue was as widespread as you say why have you not contacted ALL US Players?

Well as I had some what expected the month finished way down compared to typical numbers - those players who had played since 2005-06 nearly every single month were no where to be found and the ones that are showing - their deposits are no where near historical data.

I've tried to see if other affiliates are experiencing similar issues and thus far I can not find any evidence to support that there are widespread depositing issues at ASUSA! Just another thing thats not adding up with Spiral Solutions - everything seems to indicate that I am being cheated.

    Where are all my players?

What is this ignore him and he will go away? Really?

Brightshare / ASUSA / Spiral Solutions

How many player accounts have I referred over the years? How much have those players deposited during that time?

Am I really deserving of being swept under the rug?

I agree that the statement above does not adress the specific concerns of arkyt.

Unless there have been direct responses in email, pm or other methods it does seem that he has a specific concern that is not being addressed and he has clearly been asking it to be dealt with for a while.

In email Janet told me "Your stats is not well only because players haven't been playing." ... then I make it public and its suddenly an extensive depositing issue which is uncorroborated. And like I said Rick - no one really cares - eg there aint a darned thing I or any of us can do about it.

Fact remains I had a handful of players who had been active nearly every single month the last two years - a few who joined 5+ years ago - they purchased nearly $300,000 the previous two years and now all of a sudden they have decided to not play and/or have decided to only purchase amounts they come no where close to historical data ... sorry, I just dont buy it.

And when I consider all that has happened the last year - ASUSA insisting affiliates resending payment details when they launched, BS payments showing up as being sent by ASUSA, BS logging in and posting under ASUSA forum accounts, ASUSA emails being sent from BS offices ... BS refusing to publically acknowledge that ASUSA is not as independant as theyd like some to believe - the entire shell game doesn't do much for "trust" ...

I've actually done well for BS and they've done well for me over the years si I just sorta thought I would have deserved better unfortunately I reckon since Im no longer sending as many players I'm no longer valued - thats not acceptable.

I'm trying my hardest to make contact with some of my BS players - god help me if I hear that they are in fact playing and I've been cut out of the loop.
