whoa. It's quite shocking to see how retarded some fellows are. Kill em while you are in Barca, Dom!
Thanks, greek.
I don't know why someone would use a perfectly good domain and do this sort of thing.
Doesn't s/he know domains by proxy will not protect against claims like that?
If the owner reads this thread - let me recommend you take the stolen logo down before you get in trouble and render the domain useless.
No problem Dominique I was poking around for something and just ran into it. Who ever he/she is they are sure ranking well in the serps.
For fear of losing my sanity I didn’t bother looking into it fully. I am confident you are more than capable in dealing with such issues.
Thanks

I am not sure how you figured out that this was in fact this "Sarah" that owns both domains. When I look at the whois information, one is hidden by Domains by Proxy and the other is not.
hmmm....upon further inspection,It appears that the artwork has been changed, so you may be correct about being owned by the same person.
Yes, they both advertise the same eBook, but it could be a case of this person also stealing the ad copy for selling the book.
Since there are no ads on the site in question, we can not compare the affiliate id's against the others to determine if the same affiliate is being paid for taffic from both sites.
Glad they changed the art...and I wish this kind of crap could be exposed for the theivery that it is.

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!
After a bit of sleuthing we determined it was quite certain both domains were owned by "Sarah". Not sure if the posting or emails to the person did it, but I am glad the stolen logo has been removed before we had to resort to more serious measures.
Not that it is important now, but, took a look myself more so wanting to see the offending logo as I was too late for this thread.
Took a gander over at xxxhttp://www.waybackmachine.org

Hey Dave I have a few good screen shots plus several others. By most people's standards would this be something not worth persuing. Better off keeping your head in the sand. Unfortunate because it appears there is more to this story.
Besides let the rich get richer off the backs of others. Guess I would call this blood money.
"blood is one the table and the fire is still kicking" whatever the heck that means?
Yee ah !
