    Default serious payment problem (RESOLVED)

First of all, let me mention that bet365 has an excellent affiliate program and I have been working with them for years, without having a single problem.

However, since my country banned bet365 as a bookie, back in october 2015, I could not login anymore into my player account, where the earning were deposited. Seems legit, bet365 has to respect the law. Logically, they also stopped crediting my player account with my earnings. My traffic is from english speakers and my earning were not affected at all by the change in law in my home country.

I just thought I will send them my bank account and the payment will be made by bank wire.

But, no. Because my account is managed by YM Glory. You know who they are? They are the biggest joke in account management I have ever seen, and I worked with a lot of affiliate programs on various niches. YM Glory is my worst nightmare as an affiliate.

I talked to Stephen, a great guy who works in the affiliate team at bet365 and who helped me a lot in the past, and he said that I need to contact YM Glory. Which I did. I sent them my wire info and all. Got a reply from them, telling me that "the issue is being investigated and a decision will be made". Of course, they assured me I will not lose any money. That was more than a month ago.

I talked to Stephen again last week and he said there's little he can do. I understand and I feel sorry for contacting him over this matter, even though I knew he cannot do much. I emailed in the same day both YM Glory and AFFILIATES SUPPORT @BET365 and no response yet.

Since I expect no answer from YM Glory (do they even exist?), I am puzzled that AFFILIATES SUPPORT @BET365 did not answer to my email. I hate to write bad things about bet365 because I can honestly say they are the best out there. But...

Dear Bet365 affiliate program, you owe me now a sum with five figures. Not YM Glory, you owe me. Please contact me here and tell me how and when can I receive my payments again.

    Act like a platinum sponsor.

    Thank you!

This means that YM Glory is being PAID and it is YM Glory that is stealing from you.

This is the perfect example of why it is just better to deal directly with the affiliate programs instead of third parties.

Obviously you will have to decide what to do long term, but I would recommend you create an account at Bet365 if you are successfully promoting them and migrate most (if not all) of your links to that account.

If this is happening today with your YM Glory traffic, it might happen again in the future so changing the links now might help you salvage the future.

No one is stealing from me They owe me money and I still believe I will receive the due payments. However, I need to know how and when. And Bet365 is owing me money, not YM Glory.
YM Glory (if they exist) are just managing affiliate accounts and they get a percentage from the the gross revenue, but not from our 30% commission. This is an extra fee that Bet365 pays to YM Glory from their gross revenue.

I was inspired, I have two active accounts at bet365, but the one managed by YM Glory is the biggest. Even if the account is receiving very small traffic, how can I move the players I already sent? Impossible.

I think you are from Romania. If yes, all payments are blocked after to the last occurences with the Romanian Authorities (revoking of bet365's license).

You that you will not loose any money, but we have to wait to return to normalcy with our license in the country in order to credit your betting account as usually.

This answer received and me from my affiliate manager.

I doubt that bet365 will ever try to get a license again in Romania, they lost bigger markets in Europe and did nothing (as far as I know).

I just need to change my account payment from player betting account to bank wire. This should be a feature that every affiliate program in the world must have.
I don't care about YM Glory. I did not signed up to YM Glory. I did not sent any traffic to YM Glory. I did not made any money for YM Glory.
I signed up with Bet365 and promoted Bet365. Simple as that. I expect to be paid by Bet365.

"Waiting to return to normal" as your aff manager told you means years. If you are ok not to be paid for years by a PLATINUM sponsor, then I rest my case.

I talked to Stephen, a great guy who works in the affiliate team at bet365 and who helped me a lot in the past, and he said that I need to contact YM Glory.
This is not the first time YMGlory has been mentioned concerning payment issues with Bet365.

Although there have likely either been none or very few times affiliates have had issues getting paid at Bet365, the few times affiliate have had issues, (it is usually just stuff like payment method not updated and other simple issues) the team at Bet365 ALWAYS works it out in a satisfactory way for the affiliate (EXCEPT) when YMGlory has been involved, when it always seems much more complicated.

In my opinion this gives the appearance that this issue is with them, NOT Bet365.

If YMGlory was only acting in the capacity of referring sub-affiliates to the BET365 program, then once the affiliate signs up they are passed over to Bet365 and YMGlory should not be involved in any other way concerning commissions, stats or anything else, especially payments.

The fact that Stephen stated you had to talk to YMGlory about payments, certainly gives the appearance, they are more than just an affiliate referring sub-affiliates, and seem to be managing the actual account.....which appears to mean they are getting paid by Bet365 and then redistributing sub-affiliate commission payments.

If Bet365 are the ones making the payments, why is YMGlory needing to be the ones deciding who gets paid and who doesn't?....otherwise why do you have to talk to YMGlory about the payment?

Maybe someone at bet365 should answer this question, so we can all be enlightened about what is YM Glory.
But I know that this company may send instructions on who needs to be paid (they are indeed an affiliate management company) but they never make the actual payment. All money is handled by the affiliates department at Bet365. Maybe I am wrong.

What I also know is that I check my stats on bet365affiliates.com, not on YMGlory affiliates. So I still expect an answer from the platinum sponsor.

To imagine how pissed off I am, I have to tell you that in a couple of months, if the situation remains the same, I will not be able to cover my monthly expenses. No joking here. The situation is serious.

YM glory somewhat manages some accounts even when people sign up directly from bet365affiliates. I think they outsource the job to YM Glory for Easter Europe residents, after they sign up at bet365afiliates.

YMGlory responds to 25-35% of emails, average response time is 7 days. It is obviously not normal. I will rather not comment this further, because I do not want to throw dirt on the best affiliate program that ever existed.
