Infinity Gaming Solutions has ceased all provisions

Just received the following e-mail:

Dear affiliate,
Please accept this email as formal notification that the B2C operation of Infinity Gaming Solutions has ceased provision of all gambling operations with immediate effect.

The IGS team thanks you for your collaboration during your time with us.

Registered casino users will be able to access their accounts until 23rd January 2020 and player account balances in excess of £2.50 will be returned to the medium from which they were received, as follows:
balances in excess of £10 will be returned in full
balances below the withdrawal threshold of £10 but above the de minimis of £2.50 will be returned minus any transaction related costs
Due to transaction costs, account balances below £2.50 will be aggregated and donated to an industry related charity.

Any unpaid affiliate balances in excess of £25 will be transferred during Q1 of 2020, including those below the payment threshold of £100.

Please note, you can still extract all your required affiliate reports from the IGS affiliate network until the end of this month.

I just received this email as well, anyone know why they are shutting down?

I also dont understand what they mean by B2C, are the shutting down only their casinos and the program which is B2B is staying live?

They just approved via email, the entire operation including the program is shutting down
