This is an incredible and extremely hard chairty cycling attempt by a bunch of guys I know in aid of two spinal injury charities - The reason being is that the little brother of a friend of ours was viciously stabbed 8 times back in August in a completely unprovoked attack which reuslted in partially severing his spinal cord leaving him pretty much paralysed from the neck down.

Oli is one of lifes good guys and didn't deserve this what so ever so please dig deep and make a difference - All details are on the site www.ride2recovery.co.uk

That is horrible Alex! I hope your friend is ok, though I know he has a very hard road ahead of him! A worthy cause indeed. Sometimes bad things happen to good people. Not FAIR! Thank you for making us aware.

Thanks Mo Jo - The Lupas thing is also important to me, ever since I learnt about your daughter I hear of the disease more and more - There is someone at my work that has it, she is in a good place these days but her stories of what she went through are incredible - Very very brave people!
