In which "tax heaven" are you living or do you want to live? That's the first question.

He does not need to live in an offshore place for 99%+.
OP should first try to make the first 100 USD netto, which has now very low probability. For the 99%+ he will not make anything, so the problem with residency, offshore and millions from passive income is solved.

Maybe try to do things step by step.
I would start by reading this forum, it cost nothing.

99% probably wouldn't need to worry, agreed. But it is possible Stefanieg is a one per center.

I'll make a wild guess that the first part of the question is because you reside somewhere where earning (reasonably significant) money is possibly going to cause you some problems.

The second part you will probably need to be (maybe much) more specific.

The great thing about this forum is that the same questions come up over and over and over again. It's like living in groundhog day. So here is the same answer: To benefit from a tax 'heaven' you need to already live in one. If you live in a place that taxes you and you open an offshore company in a tax haven, you break the law of your home country when avoiding their taxes. Of course if you are American, to do it legitimately you first need to change citizenship, with most other countries a change of permanent residence to the tax haven of your choice should be sufficient.

This has already been said, but I would just like to second that - if you are still in a planning phase and are looking to start promoting operators, then worrying about a company and taxes is probably way ahead of schedule.
Once you start making some $$ from your affiliate thing, there are dozens of ways to enjoy your income without having to worry about taxes until the money becomes significant enough to start thinking about taxes.

Nope. But it's either living there either creating substance over there. Creating substance over there also costs money. If you're making less than € 1m profit a year, I wouldn't even think of creating substance.

Physically moving to another country is perhaps a better option than. Or look for a good accountant in the country you're living. A good one isn't costing money, but is saving you money.

And if you're not making any decent profit yet, I'd first start making decent profit instead of wasting time in looking for tax heavens.
