Marketing channels, WAP portals and traffic

Hi Everyone, actually started looking at the opportunities to promote mobile casinos. Does anyone already promote mobile casinos here? Do you have your own WAP portals or sites that you use as affiliate sites.

Also what is your idea of the best media channel on the website to provide visitors with offer information from casinos or gambling sites?

If we were to speak about this list:
1. text links
2. banner advertising
3. images - static ads
4. text reviews (possibly with static images)
5. email marketing - opt in advertising
6. email marketing - viral mailing (quite risky and very unreliable)
7. rich media advertising
8. background ads (if anyone is using this)
9. other marketing tools - free casino games offered on your site, casino games for download on your site and other

Which of these are you actually using and in what proportion?
