    Arkyt,

In case you haven't thought about it, I recommend you remove your bank information if you will be supplying login info to fellow affiliates.

It's not that I would trust many of the members here, but it is your private bank info.

Thanks Rick - I surely thought about that, but as I figured no one would really be interested in me getting shafted.

I've been around this business for better than 7 years now - and frankley whats been going on at VA jsut doesn't happen that often let alone 5 out of 9 months. At least I have never seen it before.

If its the norm, maybe I've been lucky to date in 7 years never seeing it before. Further if its the norm I was hoping for others to jump in and say - hey nothing seems out of the ordinary to be negative 5 figures for 5 out of the last 9 months.

Seeing GPWA accept money from Vegas Affiliates to sponsor these forums, I thought they might be able to get to the bottom of what seems more than a bit fishy!

Honestly people do care about you more than you may believe, I just threw that out there "just incase" someone took you up on your ogger and your bank stuff was still there.....

....you just can't take any chances with that stuff youknow.

I have had a number of negatives show up in my VA account the past few months as well, but they are mostly small amounts...

I do know they have been giving out a lot of freebies to players to try and entice them back to play as I have talked to a number of players about that...some of them have even been given the freebie a few months in a row even if they didn't deposit...so this could very well be in line.

I also know that Jackpot Factory has done a bit of this on a smaller scale the last few months.

I also had very BIG negative balances last several months, but in December I had positive commissions.

I had all red at VA for about 8 straight months from 07 until 08. I wondered if something fishy was going on but I had also had about 3 months straight in the red previously so I didn't look into it. The last few months of 08 turned around nicely though so I am guessing it was a really luck player. VA has been my best program for about 6 years and one I can say has never given me any problems other than slow payments. I guess someone has to win some of the time and VA seems to have some loose casinos.

They had been one of my top four then all of a sudden things tanked - then after seeing those big red numbers nearly every month after doing pretty good for years I thought to myself this doesnt make any sense.

Don't get me wrong I dont have anything against big winners, but they truly dont come along that often. Further, when I as an affiliate feel I am seeing something wrong and am trying to get support and they arent giving it - it complicates things really quick.

If they hadnt done well for me in years past I would have dropped them the second red month - but I didnt think I could toss away a program that had performed very nicely for me for years - but heck after 5/9 months and no support - its starting to look like they want me to leave.

    UPDATE ...

Everyone of VAs clients are in the red for me again in Jan 09 with GH in the red 5 figures once again.

Maybe EMG is working with VA? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

How else could I explain going from 10k one month down to practically 0 the next 6 in a row? Something very very stinky is going on here! Not to mention that support on the subject is non-existent!

Here is a good question. I may even start a new post about it. If you were in the red before the usa pullout, do the microgaming casino affiliate programs remove the negative balances? Doesnt seem fair to keep affiliates in the red. They closed the accounts so why not clear the balance.

In regards to this vegas affiliates program, I strongly believe they are scummy and dont trust them one bit. Late with payments, obvious skimmers and horrible marketing material. In 5 years I have never been 2 months or more in the red with any micro affiliate program.

    Hi all,

VA does have an excellent retention ability.

my question is when you click on the payment reports ... and it brings them up for prior months ... do they show the payment was made?

mine do not and because my banking system is prehistoric .. i can't check but once a month when the statement is sent to me.

I do try and check but a lot of times I just assume they paid me and try to make a point to check for certain about every quarter.

and its that time. I will know if I got paid for Dec in a day or so .. but if it isn't in the statement i may be having to go back a long ways to find out what they DO owe me.

I note that I am not complaining about them because I can live with their late payments ... because I have adjusted things so I am not caught with my pants down.

That said, it is time to confirm they paid etc. and this would help to know what your payment reports show?

mine as far back as Oct show nothing in the paid column but do reflect money owed.

thanks in advance for your replies.

Almost Here! How would you like to be able to get not just one sign up from your player, or even a couple, but every single casino they join from here on? I've a plan that can make that happen and it will likely also tell you every time the player is active within the casino.

Mine does not show paid, but if there is nothing in the commission rollover column you should have received your payment.

VA has, since I began promoting them paid after the 20th working day of the month and I have to allow for wire time, but I have always received in that time frame. So I never really considered them technically late.

I finally heard back from John - his response to all the red numbers I see everymonth ...

"The tech team looked into your stats and notice that there has been genuine player winnings at the casino. What's interesting is that most of the winnings seem to be confined to a handful of players."

Anyone looking to truly beat any credit crunch - real or imaginary - should go over to Grand Hotel - win win win all the time.

Course you players you know this isnt true - because if you were winning all the time they would descontruct your play habits until they found a reason why you were winning every single month let all alone a handful of players winning every month!

I might have been born at night, but it wasnt last night! I've been in this business for more than 7 years and I have never seen a pattern like this before.

Well February was another BIG red number at GH ...

I've been told that seeing HUGE negatives 7/14 last months after 3 very consistent good years is perfectly normal. I was further told that considering all the affiliates in the world there are bound to be some that refer all the winners - LMAO!

Another great sponsor for the GPWA!

i promoted VA for 2 years never been paid (did not earn a dollar, sending over 1000's of visitors). With Rewards, Brightshare, Referback I earn money so i do not understand this.

    Strange.

Maybe I ran out of luck, do not know.

I sure was not amused when reading the audit report

Those who earn with VA : you are an expert for sure

I've spoken with more than a dozen affiliates who share the same type of experiences; but I guess theres not enough voices being heard to have GPWA look into this.

I asked GPWA/Michael if they would be willing to look into my huge negatives and Michael told me that my results were very odd, but that the odds were very good for some affiliates to refer all winners. Those weren't his exact words, but thats more or less what he said.

He also challenged me to do my own investigation - which to me implied that GPWA wasn't in the business of respresenting affiliates; so I guess I'll just have to deal with the HUGE red numbers - they will be there next month too; but thats perfectly normal. LMAO
