they've decided to send more crap today which I have forwarded. Not sure why affiliate companies dont just close spammers accounts straight away TBH

This is not an affiliate. It is a marketing company. And the way that these guys setup their mailings is that they set them up days in advance (which is why if you were to manually unsubscribe from some mailing lists that you actually signed up for, they will tell you to allow a certain timeframe for the unsubscribe to take effect).

I've made the relevant person in my company aware and they are taking care of it.

I can assure you I haven't signed up for any of this rubbish, it is my private email address. If I ever have to sign up for stuff like that I use an old email address that Im happy to be bombed.
If this is a marketing company someone is paying them to spam, if it is the casino then that is very bad practice indeed
