Forget your craft beers and organic wines, back in the 90s, if it didn’t come in a bottle and wasn’t 97 per cent sugar, it basically wasn’t worth drinking.


Yeah alcopops were all the rage, until busy body types started kicking off about the fact they were being sold to kids for like 30p and basically ruining the country.


So, while we wouldn’t touch any of this crap now (yeah right), let’s take a trip down memory lane and reminisce about how we used to get wasted back in the day.

I remember a night after my schoolies cruise where we went out for a guy's birthday who we met on the cruise. We were drinking bombora and orange juice (poor man's equivalent of malibu). I've never been able to drink any kind of coconut alcohol after that.
