Warning: Superiorshare caught stealing from the affiliates (RESOLVED)

Hi,

A few month ago I have complained on AGD forum that Superiorshare have started delaying payments, longer and longer. For that time they have not payed me for two month after "reminding" them over and over again, and their managers stopped responding. Only after complaining and making the case public they finally payed. The guy in charge - David was very furious about that and asked me to remove their links, which I would have done myself because I know the signs of affiliate program going belly up. Although he promised to pay for all RS that would be earned in the future for existing players.

And from time interesting things started to happen. First the have raised my minimum payment without warning to 750 (!!). Second my affiliate commission for August have mysteriously disappeared. Luckily I expected something like that to happen and made a screenshot. Here the proof:

2. Today my commission for August have suddenly became 0. They just erased all the stats and removed all the earning as if they never existed.


Making this thread as a warning not to deal with these guys. They already blocked my access with 5000 RS players on board, after realizing they were caught.

Instead of trying to resolve or even understand the issue, he has now opened another thread here with the same accusations. At this point it is starting to look more like a defamation vendetta than somebody genuinely trying to resolve a reporting dispute.

The main accusation is that we supposedly “deleted” $1,162 of his August earnings. This is simply not what the report shows.
His deal is RevShare. There is no finalized daily commission because RevShare is finalized monthly. He has more than 5,400 lifetime players, so naturally existing players continue to have activity even when he isn’t sending new traffic. During the month players play, win, lose, use bonuses etc, and the preliminary figures change. Once the month closes, the commission is finalized and shown in the Earnings Report.
The $1,162 screenshot he keeps referring to says “Total”. It does not say “August commission”.

I am attaching an example from the same Earnings Report showing exactly how “Total” works. One selected period is approximately 13 months and another approximately 5 months. In both cases, when hovering over the final date, the amount displayed as “Total” is the cumulative amount for the whole selected reporting period, not earnings generated on that date or during that month.
So nobody deleted $1,162 of finalized August commission. We have explained this repeatedly.

But there is another part of the story Maxim has conveniently left out of his public posts.
After opening these threads, he sent us this privately:
“Unless you pay what you owe me (350$ for July and $1162 for August), unblock my account, bring back the minimum payout to 250 and promise not to do this in the future for existing players, the threads would stay there.”
I am attaching that screenshot as well.

So publicly we are accused of “stealing” and having financial problems, while privately we are told to pay specific amounts, unblock his account and change our conditions, otherwise “the threads would stay there.”
We consider this blackmail. There is really no other way for us to describe what is being done here.

If somebody genuinely wants to resolve a reporting dispute, they discuss the reporting and evidence. They don’t keep opening new threads on different forums while privately telling the affiliate program exactly what it has to pay and do for those threads to disappear.
We are not going to pay disputed amounts simply to make negative threads disappear.

For the record, SuperiorShare has no financial problems. We are expanding and currently planning 5 additional brands for 2027.

This is also not the first public complaint Maxim has made against us. The previous issue was quickly resolved and he was paid what was actually due. Unfortunately it now appears that he expects opening public threads to be an effective way of pressuring us again.

When did you increase minimum payout to $750 , there are programs who send wires for less than that lol .
