I've got spreadsheets for every site. I put there views, clicks (which lead to a CTR), accounts (+ click/accounts ) number of depositors and the money deposit. I also calculate how much a view and click brought in €.

For site analysis I just keep them web based on Analytics and Webmaster Tools because I can export them if needed. I normally keep a spread sheet for affiliate earnings month by month to keep track of growth and things like that, also I use a password generator and use it to keep track of passwords.

I just keep a sreadsheet showing signups, new rmps, earnings, deposits, chagebacks, and withdraws. I also track avg daily rev and avg new rmps per day. All broken down by affiliate program.

Key metrics for me are :

1/ real players / registration ratio
2/ partner value per month
3/ partner value per click
4/ partner value per FTD

If I'm optimizing something then, of course, I need data about the past performance. But generally I don't keep track of things as I go, that's a lousy habit and has nothing to do with proper management of a business.

Yes I track clicks, registrations, new depositors and commission by program on a monthly basis.

Also started tracking the number of active players by program on any given month (where it's possible to get that number) so that I can see what proportion of that program's base are active. The numbers are markedly different in some cases, allowing me to focus more on programs that have better retention and lifetime value.

End of each year I also calculate the average revenue per user, per program much for the same reason as above.

The Only thing I track is the money im making.. Sign up also.. I have some with few clicks but good conversions on deposits and value, I usually know how well a Book is performing as I use the Aff stats quite a lot I should really put everything to excel but im pretty busy with other things on the site
