He said highest initial offer was 800 Eur, which is something I would not bother with, but it was meant as negotioation start and those offers sometimes differ significantly from the deal, so please do not even bother to send me offers under 1500 E, I am not willing to sell under it (and I reserve the right not to sell for any price).

As for the domain. It if of course perfect keyword and EMD domain. 100% brandable. I can even imagine name of sportsbook on it, since .eu is the best generic tld. outside of US area. Maybe you saw that US bookies moved to 5dimes.eu, Bodog.eu, Bookmaker.eu etc. They have reason for it and affiliates on US market will be soon treated as US bookies, so you do not have to be worried about seizing the .eu domain. US traffic is getting used to .eu. Of course it is perfect for European traffic as well.

Simply if you want something that you will pass to your grandchildren on your deathbed or something that will cause incredible sexual attraction from another (or same) sex (ok, from all sexes) or something that you can wear as Rolex (I can create you wearable paper notice for free), causing envy at any affiliate conference ->>> do not hesitate and send me some nice 4 figs offer.
