Got the new updated affiliate terms from Ladbrokes and Coral. They are adding NCO, but more concerning is this:

On the third (3rd) anniversary of a Player s first registration on the Sites under a Tracker, the Revenue Share Plan percentage for that Player shall be automatically reduced as per the following table:

Is this being applied retroactively do we know?

Yup... not at all surprised by this change or whenever we see changes like this. Just means I’ll be doing nothing more with them of any note moving forward.

Ladbrokes Casino's affiliate program hasn't changed its ways or attitudes sinces Day One they opened their awful program at just 10% when others were paying 50% or more - going back some time. Ladbrokes thought "we're ace - we can do that!" despite me telling them flat-out that they're idiots. Naturally, their program failed and folded. They have never stopped being idiots ever since. They will always be idiots overrating themselves.

It is the same terms for all GVC brands. You bet it is retroactive - it is theft on a mammoth scale. After three years your new referrals become just a little more than worthless. I have a big player base with Coral but no way can I send them another player. It would be financial suicide.

Y'wanna know what REALLY makes this a f'king smash in the gob? Every time you log into your affiliate backend, the dashboard shows prominently all the days revenue - whether you wanted to know or not. So you get forced to see how much you're being ripped off every time you log in. I've got LOTS of players depositing LOTS of money at just 5% so I hate seeing big deposits when I log in. That's NOT how affiliate deals are supposed to work :/

Do not worry about 5%. It is GVC so it is just a shortstop to 0%.

I was on private deal with them excluding the 5%, they still started to apply it to me, so I started to discuss what is going on and they closed my account (originally with thousands of players, after the de-tagging robbery it was pennies anyways).

Also those GVC***** are experts in leaking the data. 3 affiliate managers annoy me with some bullshit like to promote hxxp://tailorbrands.com/. The AM even puts into subject he is former 888 AM openly.

Here's the email I got from Gala this morning!



Dear Affiliate Partner,

I wanted to make you aware that from February 5^th 2020 all Gala Brands will be moving to the GVC Affiliates platform. This means that you will no longer be using Income Access and instead all tracking and reporting will be done via GVC Affiliates Platform

In order to minimise disruption your account will automatically be migrated over to the new system with historical stats for the past 12 months viewable in the new platform. Creatives will be available in the new platform however most importantly please be aware that you will have to update your tracking link. A new tracking link will be sent by your account manager prior to the platform change.

The new platform should be used from 05/02/20 and can be found by clicking here. Your existing username will remain the same and a re-set password mailer will be sent to you prior to the platform change. Please note upon your first login you will be asked to accept the new platform terms and conditions which you must accept in order to validate your account and continue running traffic.

Please be aware that within the new terms and conditions there is an update to all rev share commission plans with a three year player cap to be introduced. What this means to you is that under the new terms you will continue to earn your agreed rev share rate with no negative carryover on all players introduced for a period of three years after which earnings on that player will be adjusted in line with GVC general commission terms as detailed in the table below.

Another kick in the balls from GVC. I'm finished with them. I couldn't care less if they close all my accounts and leave me to start all over again. They are parasites and nothing more.

Year after year all they have done is picked away at the 1000s upon 1000s upon 1000s of depositing players I have sent them.

They are worse than drug addicts who burgal houses. As they thieve off you out of sheer greed and nothing else.

It is not really a big surprise. They will do now exactly the same as Party/Bwin and all other GVC brands do.
