    If you have no website, then you have no valid place to promote them, and therefore no need for the affiliate program.

    With the recent changes in regulation and how it is being handled, I doubt they will ever change the policy of requiring a website in order to promote them.

    I don't believe they're accepting new affiliates even if you had a website.

    Bet365 as well as a few other operators have made it fairly clear that they will limit promotional activities in social media, and a number of people have confirmed they are not currently accepting new affiliates.

    Whether that changes in the future remains to be seen.
