Bet365 payment issues since January (Resolved)

. . I can not transfer my affiliate account from company to a person, which was my suggestion how to resolve the issue. Because payout out a physical person is much easier than to pay a company I guess. I have no idea why is not possible to transfer my affiliate account. I guess here was pretty vivid market with affiliate accounts incl. Bet365 and we also once moved ownership of this account from my employee to a company. Anyone ever sold/bought bet365 account?

Maybe the following clarification, email circular received from Bet365 today, was prompted by this thread:

Dear partner,
Due to a number of enquiries, we want to remind you of the wording in the Partner T&C’s, which restrict any sale of your partner account:
Clause 3.9 The bet365 partner programme is intended for your direct participation. You shall not open partner accounts on behalf of other participants. Opening a partner account for a third party, brokering a partner account or the transfer of a partner account is not accepted. Partners wishing to transfer an account to another beneficial account owner must request permission to do so by Contacting Us. Approval is solely at our discretion.
Clause 2.2 You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent.
In exceptional circumstances, we may approve a sale and transfer of an account, however this would need to be agreed, in writing, prior to any sale and we will not be able to retrospectively give consent. Consent may only be provided by one of our Joint Heads of Partner Marketing Services or a director.
Furthermore, please note that we also will not be facilitating any company name changes or transfers except where your company name has changed and evidence has been provided of the same.

Maybe a coincidence, maybe not.
For me and for them, right now, it is just more complicated to use the company.
The company however is a hedge against my death.
I am still waiting for the 5 months invoice to be paid, but I do have access to my account.

2 weeks and nothing. No payment, no response and the money did not leave the bet365 (you can see that when the payment is being processed the pending invoices are 0 - but the money from Jan-May still sitting at the account).

Sorry for the bad news, but yes. Paid on 4th June for May but was into a UK bank acct. Also it was under £10k. Have noticed at around the £10k mark it takes longer as it seems it goes through another level of Bet365 internal authorisation. I think your situation is somewhat unique in their eyes. Even if your bank acct is on the moon (spacex bank?), you should have been paid already.

I made the invoice on 5th. My impression is that they have 2-3 dates when they do payouts, so if invoice is not done early, they pay out much later. I missed the beginning of the month, so it is not so bad.

No, my bank is in Europe. I was just investigating whether I can open an offshore bank, but I was told that in the country where I have the company are no banks (I do not believe it but it would make the problem just worse... my bank can normally accept SEPA, my payouts are in EUR, and the amounts are no millions anymore. What is happening with banking is a nightmare. I really believe/trust to bet365 that this is a payment issue, because I saw from where they sent me the payment for December now in June and it is not normal way. So they really have to work on it.).

Yes - requested on June 3rd - paid by bank transfer June 5th.
Agreed - if you don't send to them early then you usually see it around the 20th.

New month. I tried to generate the invoice. I got the infamous message: Unable to process payment, please contact us...
(There is one pending payment for Jan-May, June I am not able to generate).

No response for my previous emails since mid-May.

There were several issues. One of them was that since closure of my account I still gained some players. I guess it was in my case from autocomplete in browser, which was used by people; or by some social media posts, because years back I saw many times people were sharing my links on twitter.

They want to subtract revenue from those players, which I said, is fine (the amount is roughly 3x of my monthly revenue).

The problematic part here is that they will no longer pay for our past players for inactive accounts.

I am able to generate a new invoice. The problem was that there were players referred with my tag since 2017, after my account was closed. The new players generated something like my recent 3 months revenue (during the 8 year).

When Bet365 called me, they came 1st with this issue. I told them right away, ok, you can subtract the money, no problem. I told that because they are/were perceived as a reliable company and I appreciated their honesty. The deal is a deal and after all the account was closed.

Then they came with the second issue 5 mins later saying that they will no more pay for the past players to me and to others. Had I know it, I would have told them for the first issue the same thing that I told them for the second. Which was: "Do what you need to do. It is your business and consequences.".

I felt sorry for the guy as I wrote. I feel sorry even for the owners/managers of Bet365. Having that much money and still feeling the need to steal from from the people who helped you to be where you are, it is very pitiful. I am not ironic here. I am trying to be a better person, but surely I was not always fair. Moreover it is hard to imagine the pressure and fuckups from employees, competition, regulators. One can easily slip from the road and fell down the cliff. Which is something that is happening to the world somehow. (Let's continue with philosophical bullshit, personal attacks and olive oil marketing in this thread and let's leave the other thread on topic please. Because Bet365 deserves one clear thread informing everyone about their business ethics.)

You just need to wait a little while. I also sent it around August 2–3, I can only see that it’s been withdrawn from the affiliate account. Each time it’s different — usually it takes up to 10 days.

Yes, I was paid on 7th to UK bank. Invoice submitted on 1st. Sorry for the unpromising news.

I am always paid after the 10th of the month, never before. I would say between 10-15th each month. Hope this helps!

This is very disappointing. Bet365 used to be 100% transparent and honest. Literally the only operator I wouldn't hear a bad word said about. I don't know what has happened to them. I know they are preparing the way for their exit strategy, but that is no reason to ditch their ethics. They agreed a deal with you and they haven't paid, allowing what they owe you to mount up. This is not like the Denise of old. Sorry this is happening, hopefully they now get the debt they owe settled. Turns out they were just like everyone else - it just took them longer to realise it. Like that sweet, loving girlfriend whose loyalty you could totally rely on - then one day she wakes up and starts fvcking everyone.

Btw, the title of this thread is wrong. This issue is totally "unresolved". Sherlock is owed months.
