Help me catch this scammer...

Someone has gotten into my email and is trying to get into some of my affiliate accounts. Simply, he's requesting password resets and then changing payment information.

Can anyone tell me who this person is? Can anyone provide any more information? I'm considering legal action...thanks everyone!

i doubt anybody knows him, why don't u change ur security questions and password and as well add phone verification when logging to your mail .... this way he will not be able to login and reset the others .... lol

Neteller should obviously deal with this, because they must have the persons details and banking. While they are unlikely to divulge such information, their fraud team should be able to put the brakes on this person.

I've got to the stage were i don't open any files anymore, unless they are from someone i know and confirmed!

The secret is stopping this person and look forward, because the chances of them falling into the net are remote!

Also be sure to check and make sure there is not any kind of automatic forwards set up in the emails,otherwise he will get copies of all emails.

And the best advice given in the thread was from tehsik, change email passwords and security questions or authentication responses immediately.

If you have an account with CherryAffiliates - PM your username and i'll check your payment details for you.

Although when we get a request to change payment details we generally double check with the affiliate it was them that did the change.

Let me know if I can help. Send him an email or something, as your alias. Legal steps are hard based on a email adress. Why don't you change the email and passwords?
