Sharing my concern over 1Bet2Bet affiliates

Hi all,

I thought it would be worth posting my experience of 1Bet2Bet for the attention of other webmasters. For several months my affiliate account had an unpaid balance of $1,500. They failed to reply to my emails for a couple of months but today I received a reply. I was informed that the reason they hadn't paid out was that there was an error in the reporting. They have now manually corrected the error and I now have a negative balance of -$800. This all sounds very dubious to me and I have forwarded my concerns to The Gambling Commission as I believe their accounts should be audited.

Upon further research of 1Bet2Bet there are many reported complaints by punters who have been refused payments from this gaming provider.

My advise is don't promote this gambling provider, you won't get paid and what is worse your customers could lose money if they use them

I am not sure if anyone here can shed any more light on this or might possibly have a contact there that could help, but if so please speak up, or let a mod know so we can forward the information on.

As a side note, I want to commend you for the way in which this was posted, even the title was worded well. Take heed folks, this is likely one of the most respectful "I didn't get paid complaints" that has been posted here in a very long time. Acting is such a professional manner as the above does not guarantee to get you paid, but it certainly does show respect and professionalism.

Hi,

Thank you for your eventual response to the issue, albeit 13 months late. I can confirm receipt of your email a couple of weeks ago explaining that you disagreed with my post and you wanted to discuss it on Skype. I must have overlooked the email offering $750 in compensation as I cannot recall this offer.

I do appreciate that technical hitches do occur and am pleased to hear that the issue is fixed, but at the same time you must understand the lack of confidence that your customers and agents may have with you as a consequence. The fact that it has taken you 13 months to seek a resolution does not exactly aid consumer confidence.

To be honest I have long forgotten about the loss and have written it off as a bad debt. If you wish to draw a line under the issue with a settlement of $750 of course I would gladly accept and will confirm receipt of it publicly in this thread ahould you wish to go ahead. I will also update the 1Bet2Bet content at The Betting Warehouse if a settlement is made.

Next time an affiliate program should think twice before publishing real names of affiliates without permission.
The name of the 1bet2bet Ltd. director you can find after 4 seconds with Google. This is normal, because a company can't remain anonymous. Business rooms are not a madhouse.

However, an affliate have the right to stay anonymous because he is placed at any time in the bad position of a business relationship.
