I know GFed and United Partner (or AffiliateWeb) pay every week.

GFed is Gambling Federation, but they pay via checks (min $20) or Wire Transfer (min $500). They pay on time.

United Partner is xxxhttp://affiliatedweb.com/ pay me via Moneybookers, but I know they have another payment methods.
