Exclamation Someone made a $4,000 profit with a small deposit

    Hello everyone,

I need some advice because I’m very confused about what is happening in my 1xPartners affiliate account.

I have a player who constantly wins and loses. One day he loses money, the next day he wins, and this pattern has been going on for a while. What is strange is that every Sunday he suddenly seems to hit a very large win with a relatively small deposit.

Today this player deposited only around $400. First, my revenue became +$400, then it dropped to -$400, then it went to about +$100, and now it suddenly shows around -$4,000.

I don’t understand how this is possible. This player has usually been losing overall, and now with a $400 deposit it looks like he somehow generated a $4,000 negative revenue for me.

Something similar happened before when he won around $2,000 and then lost it all the next day, but I have never seen a sudden $4,000 swing like this, especially with such a small deposit.

I suspect there may be a reporting error, a synchronization issue, or possibly a bug in the affiliate panel. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Is there any way to see what specific bets a player placed? Is there any way to understand how a player could generate such a large win in a single day?

I have already checked different reports and the numbers seem inconsistent, which is why I am confused.

If anyone has experience with 1xPartners or has seen this kind of issue before, I would really appreciate your help and advice.

    Thank you.

Would suggest you get in direct contact with your affiliate representative and see if they can let you know which games etc they are playing.

It does not seem completely out of line. It could be they are playing high variance slots or other game with random jackpots etc.

If the player has been been playing consistent for a while they might be making deposits to take advantage of bonuses, thus the large wins against a smaller deposit. Also sounds like a good player, and don't be shocked if at some point you might see a large win.

As for a certain day each week the activity increases, could be the day they are off work and spend more time playing.

Most likely playing table games, it happens. I have seen 200 turn into a 250k loss before.

    Sh!t happens.

I am trying to work out how my sports account lost 47K on a day that had just 2K of turnover ???
Casino play I get it. But sports betting? Nah

I am thinking it might have been a season long bet resolving (someone winning, getting promoted, relegated) but I couldn't tie it to an event.

$4000 win on slots is not even large? This one is not even concerning.

Nothing strange about that. We recently had a player win 28k on a 50 euro deposit or smth like that.

    Update:

The player in question lost the entire $4,000 that he had previously won. However, he then deposited another $1,000. After that, my revenue first went to -$500, then increased to +$1,000, and now it has dropped to -$1,500.

My question is: what is this player doing that causes such extreme fluctuations? Is this kind of volatility normal?

Another thing that seems strange is that my affiliate panel is positive most of the time, but right when the commission payment date approaches, this player somehow pushes my revenue into negative territory. Is that just a coincidence?

What do you think he is playing? Is he placing sports bets? I don’t think it’s sports betting. I have a feeling he is doing something else.

Can anyone help me understand what might be causing these unusual swings and how I can deal with a player whose activity constantly prevents me from reaching my commission payout?

    Thank you.

Sounds normal to me, sometimes people win.

The whole Sunday wins thing is worth looking into. For how long has that been going on?
