I've held this for years now without time to develop it, and we have a more established competing website that is similar in theme. For that reason, I think I might want to let this go.

Primary value is in the aged domain, there is some thin starter content on it and it's decent looking so I'd call it "turnkey" for someone to jump right in and get after it.
